Kirschner Agency Recognized Sustainable Advertising Leader

TKA Joins Ranks of Co-op America Business Network

The Kirschner Agency (TKA), a vanguard provider of Responsible Advertising, announces their admission to the Co-op America Business Network (CABN).

TKA is pleased to join the select group of agencies nationwide who have fulfilled CABN’s rigorous standards. Membership sets TKA apart, identifying it as an agency making proactive choices to work toward solving today’s tough social and environmental problems.

Joining other progressive businesses, as a CABN member TKA’s listing is now posted at Greenpages.org, and will appear in the upcoming edition of the National Green Pages™. In addition, TKA has earned the right to include the Co-op America Seal of Approval on their promotional materials and website.

TKA has been working internationally for over 7 years, with a client list including companies in Europe where sustainability has been the norm for decades, in industries as diverse as electronics, cosmetics ingredients, snacks, and power tools. President Ralph Kirschner is especially proud of a project on behalf of furniture client South Cone that may well change the way furniture is manufactured in America. “We were responsible for organization and publicity for last October’s highly successful Challenge Breakfast, birthplace of the Sustainable Furniture Council. In addition, Sustainable Furniture Awareness Week was our brainchild, and we look forward to celebrating the first of these at the High Point Furniture Market this October. The execution of these two concepts will have a far-reaching and positive effect on what consumers demand from the furniture industry, and on the way the industry views itself.”

Mr. Kirschner concluded, “The future belongs to companies who adopt sustainable practices, and we actively seek out such clients. Our Creative Director Terry Rader had this vision almost three years ago, foreseeing that sustainability would become a mainstream business requirement. Today we are witnessing this vision take shape, in the form of a tipping point in environmental interest. TKA seeks to support this with high-impact, knowledge-based marketing services, to help overcome barriers that have previously prevented wide-scale implementation of sustainable business practices.”
