Ralph taught wilderness survival for years, and has been a crucial part of protecting the Haw River’s pristine upper reaches. Terry has been studying herbalism since 1999, is a nature writer delivering stories from the heart to help others connect to the Earth, and she supports United Plants Savers and many other natural resource conservation organizations.
